Earth to Echo

I have wanted to see Earth to Echo since it came out.

Unknown

When I saw it was at the $2 theater I had my Saturday figured out. I planned my day around the movie, which included some lunch and grocery shopping. Words cannot express how disappointed I was in the movie. It was a bad cross of E.T. and The Blair Witch Project. It was not scary. I compare it to The Blair Witch Project since the actors are using hand held cameras to film a majority of the film, so it was very bouncy. At least lunch was good and I got all of my shopping done. As a matter of fact, the skirt I bought is too big so I will have to exchange it for a smaller size.

If only you could see my smile.

To make the day even better (and help me get over the bad movie) was it rained!  It rained for most of the afternoon and is still raining a bit now. It might even rain tomorrow! California needs rain so bad and any little bit will help. I would love to have a thunderstorm, but fear any lightening will cause a fire. I love the rain!!! It is one of things I miss most about Florida.

I forgot to share with you some exciting new from yesterday.  As I driving down the freeway a bog piece of metal hit my car. I did not see it since I was trying to change lanes, but my mom saw it flying toward us. I heard something hit the car and thought that my tire would be in trouble. Well the tire is okay, but this is the front of my car now.

That big hole is where my fog light is supposed to be.

I called the insurance company, filed a claim, and took it in today to get an estimate.  It will be at least $500 to get it fixed.  My poor little car. Mom and I are okay. We are just really happy that an axe did not go though our windshield!
