Joshua Tree National Park

It has been years since I went to Joshua Tree National Park and I am kicking myself! Today was the perfect day and the park was absolutely gorgeous. The temperature was around 55 with the wind blowing.  The clouds made for amazing subjects. The park was busy, but not crowded.

I added more pictures to my Flickr page.

Last time I was in Joshua Tree I discovered this great place for lunch called Crossroads Cafe. The place was packed and worth the wait.  I had an omelette with tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, and papers. It came with a side of grilled corn bread and it was amazing! Even the light fixtures were cute!

What made the day even better was that it was the first time I picked up my camera in months. It felt good. It felt right.  I need to do it again soon.
