After a mediocre week, I have to say that today made up for it all!
I had lunch with a former student and her mom. You always hear about teachers making an impact on students’ lives and I think this is my one. She is a special person to me and I am happy to now call her a friend. She is a junior in high school, which makes me feel so old! She was my student when she was in sixth grade. We always have fun catching up. She brought a few friends with her today and we all had a ball!
Then I went and did some photography with Gretchen and her boys. They helped me with my Photography 101 class. I always have fun with Squirrel and Possum! I think we got some great pictures. They helped to find items on my list and of course I had to take some silly pictures of them!
Today’s task was to photograph a hobby.
Of course I chose yoga and reading. What did you expect?
