I finally got my car back today and it looks better than ever. I am so happy. The rental car was fun to drive, but nothing beats my car.
I learned how dependent I am on my car. I missed my back-up camera, keyless entry, push start, and preset radio stations! First world problems right? It made me appreciate the chunk of change that is my monthly car payment.
My last day of summer vacation was nothing spectacular. I have actually been at school for the past three days and I continued to work at home tonight. I am thrilled to be teaching Life Science this year. It will be the first time in my career that I will be teaching only one grade and one subject. It kinda feels like I won the lottery and was given a grenade at the same time.
Why the grenade? I feel the pressure to be spectacular and I know that I am the one putting the pressure on myself. What is new right?
